National party elections 2026 - Labour International

The Labour Party has announced the results of the NEC elections.

The CLP Section has been elected as a OMOV ballot of all eligible members of the Labour Party using a Single Transferable Vote. The results are as follows.

The new NEC takes up post at the close of Annual Conference 2026

The following is the result of the vote that took place in Labour International to nominate nine candidates for the NEC. (The elections were held under single transferable vote).

Angela Davies (11.1%)
Cat Arnold (12.3%)
Gemma Bolton (6.2%)
Jane Thomas (8.6%)
Jessica Barnard (6.2%)
Kerry Postlewhite (24.7%)
Peter Mason (11.1%)
Yasmine Dar (8.6%)

Labour International informed the national party and the candidates of these nominations and the national party will conduct the election in July-August.
