10. AOB
LIEC meetings are attended by elected LI Officers to implement instructions from the General Committee as well as the planning and maintenance of the CLP.
Branches may send a representative (not a delegate) who may speak at the meeting and report back to their branch but are not eligible to vote. All LI members are welcome to attend as observers but cannot speak or vote, or add items to the agenda, unless by agreement with the LIEC. Motions are not discussed at LIEC meetings.
While the LP Rulebook does not require EC meetings to be open to all members, the LIEC believes that it increases transparency and provides a good opportunity for members to observe how the Labour Party, LI and LIEC work
