The quorum for General meetings is that one third of properly constituted branches are represented. As of April 2026, that meant that 5 branches need to be represented..
LIGCs consist of voting members selected (1) delegates selected by branches; and (2) all LI officers. All CLP members have the right to attend and speak at LIGCs but only voting members have the right to vote.
The allowed number of voting delegates per branch is as defined in the following table. This is valid until the 2027 AGM.
