The Quorums for LIGC and AGM meetings will be that one third of branches are represented and one quarter of LI Officers are present. As of October 2026, that meant that 4 branches and 5 Officers need to be represented.

LIGCs consist of voting members selected (1) delegates selected by branches; and (2) all LI officers. All CLP members have the right to attend and speak at LIGCs but only voting members have the right to vote.

The allowed number of voting delegates per branch is as defined in the following table. This is valid until the 2027 AGM.
